Octalogue is a lifestyle design studio based on a patented framework that comprises of life’s 8 most important elements, when balanced correctly, not only enable recovery burnout but in most cases prevent it altogether. The eight elements are Rest, Mind, Body, Appetite, Surroundings, Connections, Money and Service.

My burnout broke me inside and out. Number of factors contributed, but it was clear to me that my 8 elements were not synchronised to align with my life vision. It wasn’t like feeling tired, it felt like part of me was missing. Lingering emptiness, and feeling stuck with no light at the end of the tunnel. I became a shell of myself - mentally, emotionally and physically.

I have developed this framework in consultation with a therapist and psychologist, who specialise in burnout recovery.
